Who We Are & Operating Locations
CaseReady Intelligence Group provides litigation intelligence, case organization, evidence packaging, and source-traceable work product. We operate from and support matters through teams and infrastructure in Georgia and Colorado. Availability, turnaround, and delivery methods may vary by scope, volume, and operational capacity.
Not a law firm / no legal advice: CaseReady is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, booking a call, purchasing a product, or using any CaseReady deliverables, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
No Attorney–Client Relationship
Purchasing a product, booking a call, or communicating with CaseReady does not create an attorney–client relationship. If legal strategy, representation, or jurisdiction-specific legal advice is needed, you should consult a licensed attorney.
Services, Lanes, and Boundaries
5.1 Counsel-Directed Services
Counsel-directed work is designed to plug into legal team workflows with source-traceable outputs. CaseReady does not provide legal advice.
5.2 Pro Se Services (Information-Only)
For Pro Se clients, services are limited to case organization and evidence packaging. We do not provide legal advice or tell you what to file.
5.3 Damages-Ready Support
Damages support is fact-based organization and documentation (not expert testimony, not legal conclusions).
5.4 Attorney Review Add-On (ATY)
If attorney review is offered, it is provided by a licensed attorney as a separate service. Any attorney-client relationship (if formed) is between you and the attorney, not CaseReady.
Scope Lock (Non-Negotiable)
All work is scope-locked to the purchased package and defined deliverables. Additional requests, expanded volume, new deliverables, or new issues require a written change order and may require additional fees and turnaround time.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information and materials
• Reviewing deliverables before use
• Meeting deadlines and complying with court rules and procedures
• Retaining legal counsel where needed
Turnaround Times and Delivery
Turnaround estimates depend on volume, completeness of submissions, kickoff timing, and capacity. Turnaround clocks begin when (a) payment clears and (b) required intake materials are received (and any kickoff step is completed when required).
Payments, Deposits, Subscriptions, and Billing
Products may be sold as fixed fee, deposit applied, subscription, or monthly services. You authorize charges as presented at checkout.
Refund Policy (UPDATED WITH YOUR RULES)
10.1 Fixed Products — 72 Hour Window (Work Must Not Have Begun)
For fixed-fee products only, a refund request may be considered if:
• The request is submitted in writing within 72 hours of purchase, and
• Work has not begun, and
• No deliverables (including partial work product) have been delivered.
If these conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.
10.2 No Refunds Once Work Begins (All Lanes)
No refunds are available once work begins, including but not limited to:
• review of materials
• intake processing
• file structuring or organization
• drafting/assembly of timelines, indexes, logs, or summaries
• product
